Don't be rushed into signing repair contracts. Deal with reputable contractors. If you're unsure about a contractor's credentials, contact your claims adjuster, Better
Business Bureau or Chamber of Commerce for referrals. Make sure the contractor you hire is experienced in repair work - not just new construction. Be sure of
payment terms and consult your agent or adjuster before you sign any contracts.

(8:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time)
- Fax your loss information to:
- Complete an online form and submit to American Modern
- Mail your information to:
American Modern Insurance Group Attn: Claims Department P.O. Box 5323 Cincinnati, Ohio 45201-5323
So we may better assist you if you are contacting us by telephone, fax or mail, we request that you provide the following information:
- Policyholder's name and address
- Name and telephone number of person to contact
- Policy number
- Brief description of loss
